Our Quality Improvement and Accreditation Facilitators are located in Queensland (metropolitan and regional), New South Wales and Victoria, and are available to provide services to all Australian states and territories. Unna is one of the inspired and visionary leaders of 20|20 Integrated Solutions. Her 22-year career has seen Unna build strong foundations in quality management, in addition to community development, community education and advocacy. Regardless of the role, Unna views the process as similar: working to be part of the solution. And Unna has a clear aim, to make a valuable contribution and a difference to Australian communities.
Unna is motivated by being able to build organisational capacity and capability, working with diverse organisations to identify effective and sustainable solutions by strengthening organisational culture and implementing a systems approach. With this objective firmly in mind, Unna assists organisations in measuring their achievements, and she works with them to identify and improve performance.
At a practical level, Unna has worked with a wide range of organisations within the health and community sector to improve organisational performance and, thus, health outcomes. These have included Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHO) and other non government organisations, state government community health services, and rural hospitals.

In her role as a reviewer/auditor, Bev has assisted more than 100 organisations to develop and implement quality improvement plans since receiving her auditing credentials in 1992. A Registered Nurse, Bev's involvement with Australian health care standards includes contributing to the development of standards requirements for the health and community sector. A key milestone was participating as the QIC regional manager for Northern Australia (QLD, NT and WA) in the development of the new national QIC standards, processes and support tools.
A highly motivated person, Bev has assisted a diverse range of organisations in strategic planning and in developing appropriate performance measures, as well as guiding their quality management systems and continuous improvement plans. Her long-standing relationship with client organisations is testament to the effectiveness of the working relationships which have been developed.

Over the past 30 years, Kath has held a variety of roles within the public and private hospital system, including roles as a, clinician, manager and educator. A Registered Nurse, Kath also has post graduate qualifications in Health Science, Child Health, Critical care and Midwifery. In addition, she has teaching experience with Nambour TAFE.
Throughout her career Kath has developed, implemented and managed significant programs in the hospital system. Highlights include:
Kath enjoys challenges and new experiences, which has led to her moving into the area of quality system auditing. Her vast experience and strong skill sets ensure that in her 'new' capacity she is well placed to work within the field of quality and health care. Kath has participated in the development of systems and processes to meet standards requirements in a number of health care organisations. This has included the development of policies and procedures relating to clinical practice to meet standards requirements, in addition to providing education and training of staff on procedural requirements and quality systems.

Sara has 15 years experience working in quality improvement and organisational development. The positive results she has helped organisations achieve through applying quality standards continue to inspire her.
Sara’s experience includes working as a Client Service Manager with a licensed provider of the QIC Standards and Accreditation Program. In this role she worked with over 300 organisations assisting them to undertake QIC Service Development and/or Accreditation Reviews.
As an experienced facilitator and trainer Sara has developed and delivered workshops in quality, continuous improvement and interpreting QIC and other standards. Frequently these were delivered on site and tailored to the specific context and needs of the organisation involved.
Sara has worked with in the government, non-government, private, and charity sectors and across a range of different service types including Aboriginal medical services. A highlight of this has been an 11 year relationship with the Walgett Aboriginal Medical Service which saw them recently receive their 3rd QIC Accreditation.
Sara became an accredited QIC External Reviewer in 1994 and an accredited QIC Review Team Coordinator in 1996. Since then she has undertaken 25 QIC reviews.

Romy Baker is a Registered Nurse with a Masters Degree of Business Administration, and a Diploma of Administration. Romy has a strong record of accomplishment in a range of health-related roles in the private and
public sectors. She has experience at many levels including Chief Executive roles in large and small private hospitals; Chief Operating Officer roles in health research institutes; experience as a Director of Nursing in the private sector and extensive experience in operating theatre management. Her unique combination of business acumen, project management, strategic leadership skills and clinical knowledge have also been utilized in planning, designing, developing and establishing general practice medical centres. With qualifications in Nursing and Health Studies, Rebecca has significant experience within acute care settings. She worked for four years as a registered nurse, before taking on the role of Director of Nursing/Quality Manager within a Private Hospital. Rebecca has completed training in England in nursing teaching and assessing, is a qualified theatre practitioner and has also completed ISO Lead Auditor training. Her recent experience has focussed on the development, implementation and auditing of ISO Quality Systems within a range of healthcare settings, including:
