20|20 supports 10 organisations to achive accreditation against the RACGP clinical standards and the ISO:9001:2001 Quality Management Systems - Requirements.

Eight WA and NT Aboriginal health services attended training in the ISO 9001:2008 Quality management systems - Requirements standard in Broome, WA. This training was facilitated by 20|20 Integrated Solutions and was provided by John Hasson of Acatell Pty. Ltd. 20|20 Integrated Solutions acknowledges the support of the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing through OATSIH for this innovative initative.
20|20 Integrated Solutions has been selected as preferred provider of quality management support through the Australian Government Establishing Quality Health Standards program by the following 24 organisations:
20|20 today launched a secure web page for its clients in the Australian Government Establishing Quality Health Standards program. The client pages provide access to 20|20's custom built quality management tools as well as information and resources to support organisations in the journey to quality accreditation.
20|20 is currently working with the Wiluna Shire Council to facilitate the development of a 5 year strategic plan. The process involves significant community consultation and will shape major initiatives over the period. 20|20 is proud to support the Wiluna Shire Council in developing what will be an important process for the town.
We have recently expanded our team with highly qualified consultants. We are proud our team! We now have seven Quality Improvement and Accreditation Facilitators available to support organisations preparing for accreditation against Standards such as ISO 9001:2008 Quality management systems - Requirements and Quality Improvement Council (QIC).

20|20 has been successful in a major tender to the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing (Office of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health) to provide quality improvement and accreditation consultancy services to Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services.
The 2007-08 Budget measure 'A Better Future for Indigenous Australians - Establishing Quality Health Standards' (EQHS) sets out an expectation that all OATSIH-funded Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community controlled health organisations be accredited against Australian health care standards by June 2011.
20|20 Integrated Solutions is one of a number of preferred providers of support for organisations funded by the OATSIH and is already working with organisations in many states and territories.

20|20 has been chosen to deliver training to help prepare senior leaders and clinicians for future Director positions as part of a succession planning process within WA Health. In November 2008 20|20 principal consultants Unna Liddy and Bret Mannison will deliver a 2 day workshop titled Turning Great Strategy into Great Performance: Service Improvement, Quality and Risk.
