Our methodology is informed by international standards and models such as ISO 9001, the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Excellence Model and the Australian Business Excellence Framework. We work with the organisation to examine eight core quality dimensions of an organisation:

Our approach is highly participatory and consultative. Engaging staff and stakeholders in the process can be an effective way to build ownership of the strategic plan and a shared vision of what the organisation is seeking to achieve.

We believe that the ability of organisations to effectively implement strategy corresponds directly to the extent to which its leaders (Board, CEO and senior managers) are committed to ‘enabling’ and supporting its people, setting clear and achievable strategies, driving quality systems and processes, and actively fostering external partnerships and relationships.

Our goal is to support organisations to develop relevant and practical planning documents that play a strong role in both driving change and assisting implementation.
