To support ACCHOs through the journey of quality accreditation, 20|20 Integrated Solutions has brought together a team of specialist Facilitators with experience in the sector, high-level skills in quality accreditation and service improvement and strong clinical credentials. Our Facilitators are located in Queensland (metropolitan and regional), New South Wales and Victoria, and are available to provide services to all Australian states and territories. Each of our team members is committed to working with organisations to help strengthen capacity in the sector and, ultimately, to make a difference.

All our Quality Facilitators work in accordance with the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and are qualified and experienced in reviewing organisations against major standards. These include:

Quality Improvement Council (QIC) Standards and Accreditation Program
RACGP Standards for General Practices
Australian Council on Health Care Standards (ACHS).
