Workforce Development
- ATSI Community Health Service Mackay: Development of position descriptions
- Department of Health and Ageing: Provide training workshops to Departmental staff for the use of the Risk Assessment Profile
- Goondir Health Services: Design and provide 3 training workshops for staff: risk management; compliance management; designing and evaluation health promotion programs
- Mulungu Aboriginal Corporation: Facilitate the development and implementation of an HR management system including the drafting of a staff orientation program
- Yulu-Burri-Ba Aboriginal Corp for Community Health: Develop new staff position descriptions in line with a new organisational structure
Planning and Organisational Development
- Department of Health and Ageing: Review and revise OATSIH risk management procedures, develop tools, instructions and evaluation framework for use in a risk assessment improvement trial.
- Mulungu Aboriginal Corporation: Facilitate the drafting of the Strategic Plan (2008 - 2011) and review Board Induction Program
- Ngangganawili Aboriginal Health Service: Facilitate the development, design and print of the 2008-13 Strategic Plan and Vision Statement
- Qld Professional Filmmakers Guild: Development of the Guild's Strategic Plan
- Ramahyuck District Aboriginal Corporation: Facilitate the development of the Ramahyuck 2008-2013 Strategic Plan, defining delegations of authority, and implementing a quality management system consistent with ISO 9000:2001
- Ramahyuck District Aboriginal Corporation: Feasibility study for a new CDEP model of operation at Ramahyuck
- Women's Karaldi Aboriginal Corporation: Development of systems and protocols to support the establishment and implementation of the network health brokerage model for the organisation
