Governance and Quality
20|20 Integrated Solutions is a proprietary limited company incorporated on 14 July 2006. We are currently undergoing a pre-accreditation audit in preparation for our registration as an ISO 9001:2000 quality assured company. Our quality management system guides our service delivery and clients relations. Our QMS covers the following four areas:
- Management Responsibility
- Resource Management
- Product/Service Realisation
- Measurement, analysis and Improvement

We strive to deliver high quality consultancy services that continually meet or exceed our clients' expectations.
We seek to achieve our aim by helping clients to:
- build and sustain a culture of excellence in their operations
- build a shared vision of success amongst staff and stakeholders
- set key strategies and actions to deliver and communicate vision
- create the organisational structures and processes needed to deliver key strategies and priorities
To ensure we meet our policy aims, we operate and maintain a quality management system complying with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000. Our Quality Management System covers all aspects of the consultancy services delivered by the 20|20 Integrated Solutions Pty Ltd team and our partners.
Quality and client satisfaction can only be achieved through the involvement and commitment of our team and partners.
Our success in effectively implementing this quality policy will be measured by the positive endorsement of our services by our clients.
Document management
All documents utilised within or created by the Company are managed in accordance with the 20|20 Integrated Solutions Quality Management System. Our QMS ensures that a systematic and planned approach to the management of records is in place that ensures. From the moment a record is created until its ultimate disposal, that the organisation can control both the quality and quantity of information it generates; can maintain that information in a manner that effectively services its needs and those of its stakeholders; and it can dispose of the information appropriately when it is no longer required.
20|20 Integrated Solutions recognises ISO 15489-1:2001 as guiding its management of information and documentation.
